1.    Firs off all let's have some phonetics drills. Read the tongue twister. Прочитаем скороговорку.

Betty Botter bought some butter

But she said the butter’s bitter

If I put it in my batter, it will make my batter bitter

But a bit of better butter will make my batter better

So ‘twas better Betty Botter bought a bit of better butter.

2.    Read the text on p. 21 and answer the questions in writing:

-       What do you know about the British weather?

-       What is John’s hobby and what does he wear?

-       What does Lisa prefer to wear?

-       What does Amy like?

3.    Write the words from the texts into your vocabularies with the translation. Make and write down 5 sentences with them.
